We do three things. We only do three things. We do them well.

Monthly and Quarterly Financial Statements and Reporting

The basis for a thorough and reliable accounting system is its Financial Statements, which consists of four documents:

  1. Balance Sheet –Reports the financial position or condition of your business by balancing assets against liabilities and equity.
  2. Income Statement – Reports your profit or loss over the period being reported.
  3. Bank Reconciliation –Ties your bank balance to your record’s balance.
  4. Detail General Ledger –Shows all of the debits and credits, going into and out of all of the accounts, on the financial statements.

When done properly, these four documents show your financial condition, are fundamentals for tax planning and tax reporting, and prove and support each other in the event of an audit.

Payroll Tax, Sales Tax, and Income Tax Preparation

Thorough and accurate Financial Statements make for thorough and accurate tax returns. Tax law and reporting rules change from year to year, and document to document, between taxation agencies. Luckily for you, we love this stuff and can make it all make sense for you. You will sleep at night.

Tax Planning and Taxation Representation

This is where we make sure you don’t pay any more than you’re supposed to. We're not talking about cheating, being creative, or evasive. Once a tax professional knows the tax laws well enough, they can suggest ways to legally save you money. And we will.

Taxation Representation: If you ever face an audit, we will go to bat for you. Your most basic right as a taxpayer is the right to representation. You don't want try to do this yourself. In most cases, you will only get yourself further into trouble.

The taxation agencies are not required to be fair and impartial in their collection of taxes. They are required to collect and pursue. Your authorized representative is the only person advocating your side of the case. Remember also that taxation proceedings can turn into criminal charges. If you handle these matters yourself, your freedom could be in jeopardy. That’s why we’ll be there for you.
