SBA Launches Supplemental Targeted Advance Grant
Beginning April 22nd of this year, the SBA is now offering an additional $5,000 grant on top of the $10,000 EIDL Grant to our nation’s hardest hit businesses. To qualify, a business must be in a low-income community, have less than ten employees, and must have suffered a 50% loss in revenue.
The Small Business Administration has altered the Targeted EIDL Advance Grant application to find the 1M small businesses that will qualify for this additional grant. Applications will be processed on a First Come, First Served basis. This is part of the agency’s push to put more money on the street after increasing the max EIDL Loan from $150K to $500K.
The SBA will supposedly contact small businesses that qualify for this offer.
