The Restaurant Revitalization Fund application process goes live today at 11:00 am. Applications will be processed on a first come – first served basis, and can be found at the following portal.

Eligible entities are Restaurants, Food Stands, Food Trucks, Caterers, Bars, Taverns, Snack Bars, Bakeries, Breweries, Wineries, and Inns. Onsite sales to the public must be greater than 33% in order to qualify.
This application requires an enormous documentation to properly prove any loss that was sustained. Your tax returns and financial statements must be up to date in order to qualify for this grant. If you need help, please contact our offices today.
The Shuttered Venues Operators Grant has been open and is still accepting applications. One may apply using the following portal.

Eligible entities include Live Venue Operators, Theatrical Producers, Live Performing Arts Organization Operators, Museums, Motion Picture Theater Operators, and Talent Representatives.

I read a statistic this morning saying that vaccinations against C-19 are down by over two-thirds. In the near future. it looks like they will go down even further.
They’ve tried bribing certain portions of the population by saying that only vaccinated individuals will be able to go to concerts, etc., but that doesn’t seem to be working. If anything, it seems to be having an opposite effect.
We may be in an extended holding pattern for the foreseeable future. This might be as good as it gets until herd immunity kicks in. I would suggest that you need to do some planning.
We may not be fully open until next year.
Look at your cash flow. Trim whatever fat is necessary. Take advantage of all the programs out there like the PPP, EIDL, Grants, or ERC.
